That’s me
My name is Sarah, and I know what it feels like to come home completely exhausted in the evening, even though you don’t seem to have done much.
In my first job in an open-plan office, I was constantly overstimulated, stressed, and tense inside—without understanding why. I even thought I might be depressed.
It was only when I realized that I actually needed rest and developed techniques to maintain that rest that my nervous system calmed down.
Today, I accompany people who are going through similar experiences. I help them realize that they too can feel inner peace — no matter what the situation.

The Way: In 3 Steps to more inner calm
Structured 1:1 coaching for sensitive people who often feel overstimulated or internally tense—and want to learn how to calm their nervous system in the long term.
Don’t let external stress stress you out: learn how to find peace within yourself — even when things are turbulent on the outside.
In weekly 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions, we will gradually work through the following 3 steps.
Step 1: Gaining Clarity (week 1-2)
Learn the basics of stress resilience. Clarify when and where you currently experience stress and how you normally react. By analyzing your stress patterns, we can identify your individual needs and address them in step 2.
Step 2: Create new Reactions (week3-7)
Based on the previous findings, we test individual techniques and tools to help you stay calm, no matter what is happening around you. Weekly feedback on what worked, when, and how, and further refinement of the tools.
Step 3: Consolidate Tools (week 8-10)
Based on the feedback from step 2, we deepen and consolidate your powerful tools for sustainable integration into your everyday life. We stabilize your new inner calm—for a new, calmer, and more resilient life.
